No matter your hue, be it pasty white or the darkest of chocolates, any skin tone pops against an all white outfit.
Let’s face it though, wearing an all white outfit can be intimidating.
Not just the prospect of spills but keeping whites white over time is no small feat for even the most fastidious of us.
Still, I think the look is worth the extra effort. Therefore, my key to pulling off the all white outfit is to not wear white!
Instead I like to reach for fabrics in a creamy ivory.
The slightest smudge will stick out like a sore thumb on an all white outfit. But, an ivory ensemble is more forgiving in that department.
The touch of gold in an ivory fabric makes it easy to accessorize with colors of any family. My favorite thing about the all white look is how cool you feel in it, reflecting the sun away from you on a hot day.
