Being a wardrobe essentials blogger I know first hand that a wardrobe predominately made up of basics can get stale. My first impression of Grana’s basics were that they are anything but basic. Therefore, rather than tossing a blazer over their Silk V-neck camisole (and posting on Instagram – been there done that!) I decided to push the envelope by styling these pieces in a less conventional way.
Look 1 – Artist in Residence
Who can RESIST the moss green color of this Grana V-Neck Slip Dress! In this look I kept the focus on the dress by bringing it to the forefront. I accomplished this by layering the Grana V-Neck slip dress over an artistic printed blouse with structured sleeves. I accessorized with a white animal print ankle boot (notice the green animal print in the blouse) and sulfur-yellow clutch, both in a silky fabric.
